Removable to your machine! adaptable device
Background of the Invention
The invention relates to apparatus for collecting materials. In particular, the invention relates to a removable machine-mounted device for collecting material.
Equipment for the collection of materials and waste is needed at different sites to facilitate cleaning of the environment and the work area. It is generally known to use a machine-mounted suction device for collecting smaller materials, which, for example, shreds rock into the container of the device 10 via a suction hose. When the tank is full, it is emptied through a separate drain. Magnets are usually used to collect metallic materials.
The problem with the arrangements described above is that these material collection devices cannot be utilized to collect larger and non-metallic wastes such as boards, insulators, and plastics. Larger 15 materials easily clog the suction tube with a small cross-sectional area, and the suction power is also insufficient to collect such materials. This requires manual collection of materials, which is slow and labor intensive. It is also important to avoid the accumulation of unnecessary rocks and sand in the collection materials as the waste is paid for by weight.
Brief Description of the Invention
The object of the invention is thus to provide an apparatus for solving the above problems. The object of the invention is achieved by a device which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claims. Some preferred embodiments of the invention are claimed in the dependent claims.
The invention is based on a new idea, which has developed a device which can also suck large materials directly through the nozzle opening in the collection container to the collection container. When the tank is full, it is emptied through the suction nozzle opening.
The device according to the invention has the advantage of facilitating and accelerating the collection of bulky materials and waste under site conditions. With the device according to the invention, labor costs are reduced as the device manages the collection of materials. The suction power of the device according to the invention can be increased or decreased by means of an adjustable nozzle opening, which provides versatile use of the device. Other advantages of the solution will be discussed in connection with the description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a removable machine-fit device according to an embodiment of the invention with the nozzle opening 3 of the device collecting container 1 open. The device can be used to collect various materials 20. In this specification, material generally refers to materials that can be collected, such as various rubbish, site waste, rocks, boards, insulators and plastics. The implement may be any known implement, such as an excavator or the like. In one embodiment, the device may be attached to the end of a work boom or other suitable location. The device may be fastened to the work machine by means of quick couplers or by any other suitable means of attachment.
Examples of other implements where the machine can be used include a loader crane, a wheel loader and a tractor. For example, a tractor can be mounted on its front loader or three-point attachment. In an excavator, the device can be mounted in place of its bucket.
The device may comprise a body 2 which forms a collection container 1 for receiving material. In one embodiment, the body 2 comprises an upper part, a bottom part and four side parts. The frame may also have other shapes, such as round or angular. The collecting container 1 and the nozzle opening 3 must be large enough to accommodate large material. The device may further comprise a vacuum unit 4 attached to the body 35 2 to provide suction. As shown in Figure 1
20185544 prh 15 -06-2018 the vacuum unit 4 can be fitted to the upper part of the body 2 so that the lower suction side of the vacuum unit communicates with the collection tank 1, allowing suction flow from the outside of the collection tank 1.
In addition to the above, the device may comprise an adjustable nozzle opening 3 in the body 2 through which the vacuum unit 4 is adapted to suck material into the collecting container 1 and through which nozzle opening 3 removes material from the collecting container 1. In one embodiment through it is removed. The nozzle opening 3 may be located on the side of the body. In the embodiment of Figure 1, the nozzle orifice 3 10 is located to the left of the viewing direction. In one embodiment, the nozzle orifice 3 comprises at least a portion of one of the side portions of the body 2 and is open to the bottom of the body 2, allowing unobstructed passage of material into the collecting vessel 1 and storage in the collecting vessel 1. In one embodiment By means of the adjustable nozzle opening 3, the size of the nozzle opening 3 can be enlarged so that even large waste can be accommodated in the collection container 1.
To close and open the nozzle opening 3, a closing and opening mechanism 5 may be provided in the nozzle opening 3. According to one embodiment, the closing and opening mechanism 5 may be adapted to open at least partially ma20 to suck material into the collecting container 1 for emptying. In this case, the nozzle opening is at least partially open during suction, but during transfer or transport it may be closed to prevent the material from falling when moving the device to the discharge site.
The nozzle orifice 3 may be completely open during suction, whereby large waste can also be contained within the collection container 1. At the discharge site, the nozzle opening 3 is opened and material is discharged through the nozzle opening. If necessary, tilt the device to facilitate emptying. In one embodiment, the device can be adapted to adjust suction power by opening and closing nozzle opening 3 as needed. The closing and opening can be done mechanically or by automatic means. The nozzle opening can be opened stepwise or steplessly. Hydraulics can be used to adjust the nozzle opening. In one embodiment, the closing and opening mechanism 5 may comprise a lid 6 for closing the nozzle opening 3. The lid 6 can be slid over or partially over the nozzle opening.
In one embodiment, the device is formed such that the lower edge 6a of the lid 6a, the edge 2a of the base part of the body 2 forms the gripping lips
20185544 prh 15 -06- 2018 for various extrusion materials. The gripping lip can be gripped by pinching various materials, such as larger plastic strips, and transferring the material to, for example, the trash can, such that at least partially the material is not in the collection container while hanging from the outside of the collection container 1.
Figure 1 shows a fold according to one embodiment, in which the nozzle opening 3 of the collecting container 1 is completely open with the lid 6 pivoted away from the nozzle opening 3. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a fold according to one embodiment when the lid 6 is closed in half by the nozzle opening 3 10 of the collecting container 1, the closing and opening mechanism 5 of the nozzle opening 3 being controlled by adjusting means. Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a fold according to one embodiment when the lid 6 completely closes the nozzle opening 3, whereby the fold can be moved or transported to, for example, a drainage site or another workstation while the material remains securely in the collection container 1.
A flap 6b may be fitted to the lower edge 6a of the lid 6. The flap 6b may be adapted to close the lower edge 6a of the lid 6 and the bottom edge 2a of the body 2 before the lower edge 6a of the lid 6 contacts the bottom edge 2a of the body 2. Such a situation is shown in Figure 2. The cover 6 between the front wall and the rear wall of the lid towards the upper edge is at the bottom of the channel or war, along which the material 20 is drawn in accordance with the arrow A. Thus, in this situation, this duct acts as a flow path for flow to the collection vessel 1. The flap 6b thus turns the flow upstream of the nozzle opening 3 between the lower edge of the front of the lid and the bottom of the body to flow in the channel in the lid.
When the flow passes through the cover between the front wall and the rear wall along the passageway KA25, the material is transported in accordance with the direction of the arrow A, and then the cover 6 of the collecting container 1, they fall to the bottom of the collection container 1. In the mouth and duct, the flow rate is high, which transports the material through the duct. After the duct, the flow area in the collection tank 1 increases and the flow rate thus decreases. As a result, the flow of material with the flow is impaired and it drops to the bottom of the collection bed. For example, plastic and other lightweight materials may tend upwards towards the vacuum unit, but this can be prevented by the duct solution.
The flap 6b can be made of, for example, rubber or some other flexible material. On the other hand, the flap 6b may also be made of a rigid material, such as a steel or aluminum sheet, whereby it may be hinged to the lower edge 6a of the cover 6.
In the situation of Figure 3, the lower edge 6a of the cover 6 is against the bottom edge 2a of the body 2. The flap 6b may be the bottom edge 6a of the lid 6 and the bottom of the body 2
20185544 prh 15 -06- 2018 between edge 2a. Since the lower edge of the front wall of the lid 6 is against the bottom edge 2a of the base 2 of the body 2, the passage between the front wall and the rear wall of the lid 6 is also prevented from flowing. The lid 6 thus completely closes the flow opening 3.
According to one embodiment, the device may further comprise a separating unit 7 for separating air and / or a flow of dust from the material remaining in the collection vessel 1. The separation unit 7 may be located inside the collection tank 1 between the vacuum unit 4 and the nozzle orifice 3 or below the vacuum unit 4. In one embodiment, the separation unit 7 may be a filter or a cyclone.
According to one embodiment, the filter of the separation unit is formed by a mesh, such as a steel mesh, for example having a mesh size of 2 to 20 mm. Such a filter allows, for example, dust and sand to pass through, so that, for example, only larger debris is left in the hopper 1, which is emptied from the hopper to the bin. In this way, the device avoids collecting material that, for example, is not intended to be collected for waste collection. Instead of a wire mesh, a filter cloth can also be used as a filter.
According to one embodiment, the device may further comprise a suction outlet 8, to which a suction hose can be fitted to suck material into the collection vessel 1 with the nozzle opening 3 closed. Alternatively, the suction hose may be used to suck material 20 into the collection container 1 instead of the nozzle orifice 3. The nozzle opening 3 is then completely closed. However, the collecting container 1 may be emptied through the nozzle opening 3. When material is collected through the nozzle opening 3, the suction outlet 8 is closed, for example, by a flap or plug.
According to one embodiment, the device is hydraulically driven. In one embodiment 25, the vacuum unit 4 further comprises a hydraulic motor 9. Figure 4 shows an exterior structure of a device according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the closing and opening mechanism 5 of the nozzle opening 3 may further comprise a hydraulic cylinder 10. hydraulically.
The device may also be electrically driven if desired. In this case, the vacuum unit 4 has an electric motor instead of a hydraulic motor 9. Correspondingly, the closing and opening mechanism 5 may have an electric cylinder in place of the hydraulic cylinder 10. The means for moving the lid 6 may also be mechanical. The lid 6 may also be adapted to close by suction pressure.
The device can be adapted to draw its operating energy from the implement. The hydraulically driven device can thus be connected to the hydraulic system of the implement. Correspondingly, for example, an electric device can be connected to the electrical system of a work machine.
It will be obvious to a person skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments 5 are thus not limited to the examples described above, but may vary within the scope of the claims.
